US based DJ and producer Robert Oleysyck has been around for a number of years, building his reputation on the Las Vegas club circuit and as a member of famous Balance US Record Pool in the early 2000s. The track takes the listener on a melodic journey maintaining the hard best before .. View More »

Following releases from label head Federico Giust and MJ Motta, this moody progressive slow burner from the Quimika new blood and a selection of remixes from the Quimika barracks offers a little bit of everything.Almost as if he’s spliced two tracks into one, Mike Cotgrave's ”Cadejo” is a moody opus of beats and clicks that begins with an alarm - a warning to the listener that as with his “Further South,” your journey is about to begin. Cotgrave is especially adept at layering h.. View More »

Proton Music was founded in April of 2005 by Proton Radio director and Particles host Jason Wohlstadter, aka Jay Epoch. The label aims to capture the variety of genres played on Proton Radio while keeping true to Jay Epoch's musical taste: atmospheric and melodic electronica. From Texas USA comes Derek Howell to give us the next EP on Proton Music. What initially caught my ear was the musicianship contained inside these three tracks; the overall skill and quality involved is obviously an aspirin.. View More »

Darin Epsilon, no relation to Kosmas of the same surname, returns with a double A side EP: “Stormchaser” on Moon Tribal Records. Darin is no stranger to progressive with his latest track "Kwaidan" storming the prog charts just recently. This EP starts with the KILLER title tune "Stormchaser." Make room for this big prog number! The intro marks the direction of the track: phat beats, strong bassline and soon synth stabs start to show. The melody and bassline start talking beautifu.. View More »

Featured Label
This week's featured label:
Wally Lopez, Olivier Giacomotto, Steve Porter, are a few of the artists released on the Seven Limited Records imprint. Based out of NYC, 7LTD's philosophy regarding its catalog is to feature relevant artists with a quality sound, solid track record and most importantly, artists we like and respect ourselves.

2009 promises to be another great year with iPhone (Tap Tap Revenge) and NOKIA licenses already locked in, and more highly regarded talent to be added to the roster including Dr. Kucho, Gaby Dershin, & Medway among others. Not to mention Dr. Kucho's remix of 'El Mariachi' garnered a Top 14 spot on Beatport's Top 100, & has already been licensed to several global compilations.

One promise for our listeners, we'll continue to release only what we deem to be top notch, funkdafied productions for the floor.
